Our difficulties and problems are often fed by how we move, function, think and feel. Aches, pains and stiffness are mostly caused by learned habits and not by an abnormal structure.
Our habits are mostly unconscious, so improvement and comfort happen not by “correcting” them, but by creating new movement possibilities and changing movement patterns. Bringing back ease, confidence, joy, grace and dignity.

Yoga sessions and all 1:1 sessions can be booked and attended either in-person or virtually on Zoom.
In-person spaces are held at my warm and welcoming studio space in Forest Row, East Sussex.
I always aim to create friendly and person-centred classes and work with smaller groups, so everyone feels a part of the group and accepted as they are.
Group classes are limited to 8 in-person places.
Online classes using Zoom are limited to 15 students.
Classes can be booked as individual drop-ins, or in blocks.
