A refreshing approach to learning and creating change. Designed around pleasant surprises and personal breakthroughs. Feldenkrais® makes changes at the source of movement, the nervous system. This inspiring approach helps overcome limitations caused by stress, misuse, injury, or illness and equips you with means to take charge of your own improvement. Feldenkrais lessons help overcome limitations caused by stress, misuse, accident, or illness and teach you means to take charge of your own improvement. In these sessions, I verbally guide you through a sequence of gentle movements intended to help you develop a greater awareness of how you move, in a safe, effective, enjoyable way. Unique to the Feldenkrais Method® is that these lessons tie directly into functional movements of daily life, improving ease in everyday activities such as walking efficiently, safely lifting objects, and improving posture in sitting or standing etc.

Mindful Replenishing Yoga and Awareness through Movement Group sessions are not a substitute for medical treatment. Please consult a professional for any concern about pain or movement limitations. Do please contact me with details of any movement challenges you have, prior to your first session. Also let me know if you hard of hearing.
