Living day to day, feeling stiff, uncomfortable and restricted in your body, takes its toll. It is physically wearing and emotionally draining.  
Overtime you feel worn out, tense and down in yourself and about yourself.
 
I help change habitual patterns of posture and self-use that feed and perpetuate this cycle. 
 
My many-pronged-approach is rooted in neuroscience, somatic education, Scaravelli yoga, and the Feldenkrais Method. 
Developing a very different experience of core strength and stability.
 
Through gentle, invigorating movement, combined with directed, relaxed attention, you will experience how to move with ease, freedom, and confidence. Your flexibility, coordination and mobility will improve. As will your range of motion as you release tension and create length in your body. 
Daily stiffness, tightness, discomfort, and pain will change and will overtime become a thing of the past.
